Plaque psoriasis is the most common form of psoriasis and is characterised by sharply demarcated erythematous plaques. The first-line management of this condition is with topical treatments, including vitamin D analogues and topical corticosteroids.In1,2this case study, Dr Tan Wooi Chiang shares his clinical experience treating plaque psoriasis with a combined formulation of betamethasone dipropionate and calcipotriol monohydrate in a single spray foam (Enstilar® Foam, LEO Pharma).
