Updates on key maternal vaccinations against respiratory diseases

A recent survey in Malaysia reported low rates of maternal vaccinations. Two experts discussed the benefits of maternal vaccinations for mothers and their babies particularly in preventing influenza, COVID-19, and pertussis. They highlighted the risks related to these vaccine-preventable diseases and ways to increase the uptake of maternal vaccinations at a recent GSK-OGSM collaborative webinar.
