Scar treatment has significantly evolved over the past few decades. New treatments are constantly being developed to manage pathologic scars and make surgical scars less noticeable. At a recent dinner symposium, Professor Dr Kim Yong Oock shared the latest information about Asian scar management, with particular interest in the use of silicone gel therapy.
