Lynestrenol alone or in combination with testosterone esters is effective, safe, and inexpensive in the treatment of biological female to male gender dysphoric adolescents, as demonstrated in a retrospective analysis. Overall oestrogenic to androgenic ratio substantially reduced within 6 months of lynestrenol.
