Speaking in an interview with MIMS Pharmacist, Noor Hisham noted that an estimated 91.5% of COVID-19 deaths in Malaysia were associated with at least one NCD, demonstrating the need to invest in NCD prevention and control as an essential foundation for security and preparedness.
