Delamanid did not significantly interact with antiretroviral or anti-tuberculosis (TB) drugs in parallel groups of healthy subjects, a study shows. Exposures of tenofovir, efavirenz, lopinavir, ritonavir, rifampin, pyrazinamide, and isoniazide were not affected by delamanid treatment.
