The 17th Congress of Asia Pacific Federation of Coloproctology held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre saw many local and international experts speaking on various topics in the field of coloproctology. In a symposium chaired by Dato’ Dr Meheshinder Singh, a panel of experts from France and India discussed the results of the CHORUS study, which investigated the association between haemorrhoidal disease (HD) and chronic venous disease (CVD), as well as the efficacy of micronized purified flavonoid fraction (MPFF) in HD.
