Active ingredient: Insulin glargine.

Indication: DM in adults, adolescents & childn ≥2 yr.

Dosage & Administration: SC Individualized dose. Administer once daily at the same time each day. Switch from bid NPH insulin to Semglee Reduce 20-30% of daily dose of basal insulin during the 1st wk of treatment. Switch from insulin glargine 300 u/mL to Semglee Reduce dose by approx 20%.
